Try the Ready Rocker wherever you want – in bed, around the house and on the go. If you don’t love it, simply send it back.
For standard Continental US orders, we accept exchanges and returns up to 45 days from the shipping date.
You can request a return here. Under “Who is contacting us?”, please select “Existing Customer” and provide all of the other necessary information. The "Type of Query" is “I want to exchange/return my order”.
Your product refund will be processed within 7 business days after your return is received. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. Please keep in mind that it may take several business days for you to see your product refund reflected on your credit card statement.
Ready Rockers purchased from RockerMama.com are eligible for exchange and are accepted up to 45 days from the shipping date. Exchanges should be returned in the original packaging. If the Ready Rocker was purchased at a retailer, please review the exchange policy of the establishment of purchase.

Once your exchanged product is received and processed, we will ship out your new product.
1 Year Limited Warranty
Your RockerMama product is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use and provided it is used in compliance with the instructions.
Note - THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN ADDITION TO AND DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS and is only applicable to a product purchased from an authorized RockerMama retailer.
Should a defect be found, please return the product to the authorized RockerMama retailer from whom the product was purchased or directly to the company. If the product was purchased on rockermama.com please contact email@example.com for instructions on where to return the product. You can also find the company information on www.rockermama.com or call us at 1-833-4ROCKER.
Repair/replacement under the warranty will only be carried out if accompanied by the original proof of purchase issued by an authorized RockerMama retailer.
RockerMama will either repair, or at our option, replace free of charge any parts necessary to correct any defects in material or workmanship which occur during the warranty period.
Please note that this limited warranty will not be applicable if:
- You fail to maintain the product in accordance with this owner’s manual. Please refer to the warnings and best use sections of this leaflet for the maintenance requirements.
- Damage is caused by you or any third party
- The product is faulty due to general wear and tear which is a result of everyday use.
Note – The high-quality fabrics on your RockerMama product have been selected to provide excellent service when subject to normal use however this warranty does not cover damage or discoloration due to prolonged exposure to either harsh weather or to prolonged sunlight.
- The product is damaged as a result of an accident.
The warranty expressly disclaims liability for incidental, special and consequential damages of any nature and any implied warranty arising by operation of law shall be limited in operation to the term of this warranty unless specifically covered by your national and/or local statutory rights. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
